A spawning pair of domino damselfish (threespot damsel: Dascyllus trimaculatus). The female is in the foreground, her ovipositor (tube for laying eggs) is clearly visible. The male is behind and his head has gone almost white during the spawning. He will guard the eggs until they hatch. Marsa Shouna, Marsa Alam, Egypt. Red Sea
