Shark Being Cleaned. Galapagos
A male whitetip reef shark (Triaenodon obesus) rests beneath an overhang and opens its jaws while it is cleaned by an endemic banded cleaner goby (banded cleaning goby: Elacatinus nesiotes). Cousins Rock, San Salvador Island, Santiago Island, Galápagos National Park, Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. East Pacific Ocean.
