A spinyhead blenny (Acanthemblemaria spinosa) extends and yawns from its hole in a boulder brain coral (Colpophyllia natans). This fish was previously identified as the secretary blenny in many sources. East End, Grad Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies. Caribbean Sea
