A juvenile harlequin sweetlips (Plectorhinchus chaetodonoides) girates its body as a defence against predation. The movement either makes it harder for predators to target, or mimics the movement of a toxic flatworm. Bitung, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Lembeh Strait, Molucca Sea.
