A lemon shark (Negaprion brevirostris) rests on a sandy seabed. Unlike most sharks that need to keep swimming to breathe, lemon sharks are able to stop and rest on the seabed. Little Bahama Bank, Grand Bahama Island. Bahamas. Tropical West Atlantic Ocean.
