Grouper Attacks Puffer, Maldives
A brown-marbled grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) predates on a porcupinefish (Diodon hystrix), which has inflated as a defence. It is rare to see porcupinefish being attacked because of their inflatable spine covered bodies and their poisonous flesh. Laamu Atoll, Maldives. Indian Ocean.
