A bandcheek wrasse (Oxycheilinus digrammus) patrols above balled-up anemones (magnificent sea anemone: Heteractis magnifica) on a coral reef. When the anemones ball up in the late afternoon, both the anemonefish (Red Sea anemonefish: Amphiprion bicinctus) and domino damselfish (Dascyllus trimaculatus) loose their shelter making them vulnerable to the predatory wrasse. Ras Mohammed National Park, Sinai, Egypt. Red Sea.
