The pink-purple eggs of a Indo-pacific sergeant (sergeant major damselfish: Abudefduf vaigiensis), these eggs already show eyes, so are probably over half way through their week-long development before hatching. Bitung, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Lembeh Strait, Molucca Sea.
